There will also be advice for companies with financial struggles and/or those looking for an exit.

Along with some inspiring real-life examples of business survival, the session will also touch on regional sector trends and consider the future economic impact of the crisis on businesses in Bath and the surrounding areas.

Debbie Boulton, Director

With more than 25 years’ experience in the Bath market, Debbie is passionate about helping local owner managers and their businesses succeed and grow, particularly through strategic financial planning. As part of her role, she heads up the firm’s business advisory team, along with its Outsourcing and Cloud Accounting services.

Jon Miles, Director

A Chartered Accountant and Chartered Tax Advisor, Jon is one of the city’s leading experts in OMB tax matters, specialising in company sales/reorganisations, share incentive schemes (including Enterprise Management Incentives and Employment Ownership Trusts), Research & Development tax credits, commercial and residential property, and the UK impact of cross border tax issues.

Calvin Healy, Director

With more than 20 years’ experience, Calvin is a Fellow Chartered Accountant and a Member of the Chartered Institute of Taxation. He advises a variety of OMBs and private clients on all aspects of accountancy and taxation, whilst specialising in Inheritance Tax and Trusts, in particular.
