How do I log in?

You can log in to your OpenSpace account here. You can also log in via the email notification you have received with a link to the document for you to review and approve.


What do I do if I've forgotten my password?

Richardson Swift does not have access to clients passwords. If you have forgotten your password please click the 'forgot password' link on the log in page to change your password.


What do I do if I get an 'Access denied' message?

This usually happens if you log in to OpenSpace by clicking the link in the email notification, and you have multiple accounts. Generally this means you are trying to log in with the wrong email address. This could happen if you have a different email for your company and also a personal email.

What do I do if I get a 'locked for editing' message?

Sometimes when reviewing or approving a document you may approve this message. This message does not mean that Richardson Swift are editing the document. Please log out, close down your browser and log back in. This should then remove the message and allow you to continue.

What does the 'Pending Approval' message mean?

This message will appear in the Approval Status box if the document needs approving by another person other than yourself. When everyone required to has signed the document, the status box will automatically update do 'Signed'.
